Julette Francis-Wade, one of the founder of First Choice Safety Service, LLC is an entrepreneur, minister, spiritual leader and business owner. She has extensive knowledge and successful experience in leading and training adults and teens. She has experience in caring for, counseling and providing training to special needs youth that have been abused physically, emotionally and sexually. She is the founder and executive director for House of Love Youth Homes, Inc., a non-profit Christian-based organization that operates group homes for out-of-home, care youth ages 12-17 and those needing housing and additional services ages 18-45. The organization works to develop and rehabilitate youth by providing them with a safe, stable, nurturing, loving, caring and supportive family atmosphere. Julette has been a successful business executive, human resources leader, technical writer and trainer for more than 15 years. She has several training and certificates in areas such as Working with Kids who Abuse Substance, Bipolar Disorder in Children and Adolescents, Depression in Children and Adolescents, Self Injuries Behavior, ADHD, Domestic Violence and Sexual Abuse.

 

 

Pamela McNealy is the co-founder of First Choice for safety, LLC. She is a certified First Aid/CPR/AED instructor.

 

Pamela is a part-time instructor at the Milwaukee Area Technical College, where she teaches adult students seeking an Associate Degree in Human Services.

 

Pamela McNealy is the founder and executive director of The Lemonade Stand, Inc., a nonprofit 501(c)(3) agency. The Lemonade Stand has been dedicated to empowering youth and families to reach their potential by meeting their emotional, social, educational and spiritual needs.

 

Pamela has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Alverno College and a Master Degree in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Her credentials include licensure as an Advance Practice Social Worker and Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor.

 

Pamela was born and raised in the Church of God in Christ.

Thomasina Jenkins - Trainer

Thomasina Jenkins has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Social Work.  She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor, and a Clinical Supervisor In-Training. Thomasina specializes in working with individuals who have Co-Occurring mental health and substance use disorders, and she also has specific training in trauma counseling.

Thomasina believes that individuals possess many strengths that can be built upon, to guide them in finding solutions to the challenges they face.  Using an approach that is both strength-based and trauma-informed, Thomasina provides a safe and therapeutic environment to assist individuals in this process. Specific therapeutic techniques include: solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing.

 Thomasina currently works as an AODA Therapist and a SBIRT Health Educator at Outreach Community Health Center, and she currently provides behavioral health presentations to partnering agencies.
